No hotel blocks - Airbnb List 

We want to thank those of you traveling out of state to celebrate us! As we are having a smaller wedding, we will not be reserving room blocks. Kaitlyn has made a list of Airbnb's in the recommended Queen Anne neighborhood (where Kaitlyn lived before moving in with Kyle).Feel free to contact her for the list! We recommend booking quickly as Alaska cruise season peaks in August/September and spaces book up fast.

Travel

Enjoy a walk or drive to Kerry Park to check out one of Seattle's most iconic land marks- this was Kaitlyn's favorite place to walk Cali when she lived in Queen Anne

The earlier you go the less crowed it will be! Be sure to check out the new pedestrian additions completed in 2024 that allow you to walk all the way down to the water front. Kyle's favorite is the hombow buns from Mee Sum Pastry and Kaitlyn loves Beecher's mac and cheese and the dungeness crab roll from Pike Place Chowder (cheat code- order online and pick up from the window to skip the line)

Kaitlyn's favorite bakery. They have the butteriest, flakiest, crust. Kaitlyn demands you get one sweet and one savory item

Moonrise Bakery

A lovely place to sit and enjoy the view! If you get hungry or thirsty around the corner is Gasworks Brewing or Bowriders Grill. Both great waterfront spots with beer and food.

Gas Works Park

Kaitlyn recommends the Argosy Habor cruise if you are interested in the history of Seattle and its waterfront and the West Coast’s largest shipping terminals.

If you desire heights Kaitlyn recommends the less crowded Columbia Tower to see the mountains and water surrounding Seattle.

Things to Do

On September 5th, 2023, Kaitlyn and Kyle had their first date at Queen Anne Beerhall. Kyle got the reuben, and Kaitlyn had the pretzel. A quick 45 minutes later, Kyle finished his food and asked for the check. Kaitlyn assumed the date was a dud. To her surprise Kyle asked for her number, and Kaitlyn responded with "Really? Are you serious?"He was completely serious and by their third date (photo above) so was Kaitlyn.Many dates later, meeting the families, moving in, Cali learning to love Luna, and popping the question, there's only one thing left to do! Here's to forever!
